FIGCM board members and leadership team

Faith in God Charity Missions is governed by a five-member board that brings together expertise in nonprofit leadership, technology, finance, security, and community development. Each member serves voluntarily, guided by a shared conviction that every person deserves dignity, opportunity, and hope.


Board Members

Terrence Shey — CEO & Founder

Terrence Shey is the Founder and CEO of Faith in God Charity Missions. With a deep passion for transforming lives, he has dedicated his leadership to empowering widows, orphans, and underserved communities in Cameroon and the United States. Under his vision, FIGCM has grown to include programs in food security, livelihood empowerment, education support, and community development, reaching thousands of individuals each year. Beyond FIGCM, Terrence serves as Manager of Technology Solutions at Prison Fellowship International, bringing expertise in law and technology to strengthen nonprofit governance and operations.

Eric Gray — Chief Operating Officer & Board Member

Eric Gray brings over 18 years of experience in community development, grant writing, and program management to FIGCM. Joining as a Grant Writer in 2024, his deep understanding of organizational operations led to his appointment as COO, where he oversees program development, donor engagement, and operational management. Before FIGCM, Eric spent over 18 years on Skid Row in Los Angeles, working in homeless services, recidivism reduction, and housing support — experience that informs his approach to building sustainable programs that serve vulnerable populations.

Nuella Mabi — Chief of Staff & Board Member

Nuella Mabi brings a strong background in technology leadership and organizational strategy to her role as Chief of Staff. Professionally, she serves as Network Deployment Team Lead at Amazon, overseeing complex infrastructure projects and global connectivity. At FIGCM, she supports executive leadership, streamlines cross-team communication, and ensures strategic alignment with the organization’s mission. Her blend of corporate experience and community commitment strengthens FIGCM’s operational foundation.

Alisca Ghang — Board Treasurer

Alisca Ghang oversees financial stewardship and ensures transparency in FIGCM’s fiscal management. In her dual role as community leader and Sergeant, she brings discipline, integrity, and accountability to budget oversight, financial planning, and reporting. Her leadership ensures that donor contributions are directed effectively toward supporting widows, orphans, and underserved communities.

Valentine Njoh — Secretary

Valentine Njoh brings a background in IT Security and Governance, Risk & Compliance to FIGCM’s board. His experience building secure, well-governed systems translates into ensuring the organization’s programs are not only impactful but sustainable. He is passionate about empowering women, supporting education, and improving food security for widows, orphans, and underserved families.
